Our website is displaying an error message when trying to log in or register.
"System was unable to verify your license key, make sure remote connections are allowed on your server (error code #9)."
We have been in contact with the software developer. They are new owners and do not locate our license key and are not willing to work with us to update the license key. We need a someone experienced in working around this issue. Can you fix this problem?
