Library Management System Maintenance & Integration

I am seeking a skilled Java and PHP developer for a 3-month (part-time) contract to maintain and enhance a library management system for a government agency.

Key Tasks:
- Repairs, modifications, and enhancements of the User Registration, Book Lending, and Report Generation forms.
- Specific repairs needed for the User Registration form, including fixing bugs, adding new fields, and improving the form layout.
- Enhancements on the Book Lending form, such as enhancing the user interface, adding new functionality, and improving data validation.
- Correcting data entry mistakes / errors by users (quick fix in database or provision of edit/update function)

Additionally, the project involves:
- Integration with Active Directory for Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Setting up a payment gateway.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Proficiency in Java and PHP
- Experience in library management systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory integration and payment gateways
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug and fix issues
- Ability to enhance user interfaces and add new functionalities
