I'm looking for customer service agents to assist visitors on our library webpage. The ideal candidate should have a background knowledge of the library, able to:

- Provide assistance with library resources
- Help with technical issues
Key Areas of Knowledge:

- Online databases and research resources
The agents will need to engage with visitors through both live chat and email, requiring excellent written communication skills. Experience in customer service and a passion for libraries and information services is highly desired.
