I need a program that I can input information, and the only information seen by employees will be the input informant research comments, name, address, the county, the total amount and if the person dead or living and a probate (for the state requires it) death and birth certification and a contract bottom (the contract will never be seen by the employee). the employee has the ability to input a precent amount which will display two amount one for the customer and the other will be a breakdown of fees: attorney fees, title work fees, notary fee, probate fee (if requires) birth and death certification fee (if the bottom is indicate).
On the second page is the contract page is a secured page that can only be access by secure password each password is set by authorized personnel which will allow the person to print the contract along with envelope ( it will print out the contract base on that State)/
