Leasing MarketPlace

Leasing Marketplace with Wordpress or Magento

*** We already have a template for WordPress but need to finish the content. Open to using Magento to make the following criteria work for our use case. Looking for an individual or business with the technical knowledge to achieve the following:


Allow users to register
Account for leasee or to be the leasor

Accounts:
Leasee - questionaire (tied to users profile)
Leasor - questionaire (tied to users profile)
All accounts must be validated


Leasee can add to cart and checkout
Leasor can add item to marketplace (must be approved first)

Marketplace:
* Cannot access the marketplace without a validated account
* Summary information only
Specific simple layout (list): Product Name, Category, Monthly Price


- When an item is leased, it is removed from the marketplace
- If an item is returned it is put back in the marketplace
- When an item is leased an email is sent to the leasee and leasor confirming the lease
- Leasees have the ability to "cancel" a lease any time, an email will be sent to the leasee and leasor
- There is a markup on all items in the marketplace - varied by leasor

-Dashboard:
Leasee
Show items leasing (list layout) and monthly price (can cancel from this page)

Leasor
Shows items in the marketplace (leased or not) (can cancel from this page)

Checkout
- Add fees for different payment methods
