E-Learning Redesign in PHP & SCORM

I have an E-Learning platform created in PHP. It does a lot, however, I would like to redesign it to make it easy to create content and navigate. And of course add a few more features. You must have developed an e-learning platform before. Familiarization with learnDash or TalentLMS is ideal.
