Learning Management system
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for someone who can build up a school learning management system like moodle from scratch.
This project is for a college that has 5 campuses in our city region.
Most important features is diffrent profile types for students, teachers, admin (the admin has to have overall control over the system, in terms of enrolling students to coarses, adding teachers etc.
The teachers and students must be able to chat with the students, give them tests, assignments, quizzes, online test, test submission, uploading files.
