Learning Management System (LMS) Application Development and Mobile App Support

What needs to be done:
1. Designing and building enterprise-level learning management systems
2. Perform design, configure, customize, and implement responsive and effective LMS systems
3. Implement multi-tenancy scalable architecture
4. Integrate with plugins when required, write scripts to automate routines and processes
5. Planning and implementing API integrations with third parties when required
6. Analyze business processes, and user requirements to establish Moodle
7. Support implementations and resolve any technical issues
8. Requirements definition and capture with stakeholders
9. Develop an implementation plan
10. Install the MERN environment on Enphase (AWS or other) servers with the assistance of IT
11. Create structures (profiles, templates) for Enphase employees and external customers
12. Create multiple training tracks for each audience type (internal, external)
13. Create accounts for employees, assign training by function
14. Manage internal beta test of LMS
15. Create an automated, self-registration system for external customers
16. Automate assignments for validated external users
17. Manage external beta test of LMS
18. Duplicate the environments in multiple languages
19. Implement a certification program for various user types
20. Implement reporting on employee learning status
21. Implement reporting on external learning attainment, by the individual, by position-specific training tracks, by the company account
22. Work with a worldwide training team to implement courseware
23. Serves as Chief Administrator for the Enphase MERN-based LMS
24. Provides Tier 2 support for LMS Help Desk
25. Serves as SME for MERN-based LMS with an ability to investigate, evaluate and implement appropriate new functions
