Learndash with Userpro Member directory, Need Customization, build or repair the script for a summary certificates

I have a site using Learndash for online courses integrated with Userpro for registrations and redirections. On the userpro's Member directory, we have a script that has recently stopped working that displays the user's summary certificates. The current script is not pulling certificates data and keeps saying "User has not completed courses". Need Customization of this script either by building a new one or repairing the broke script for a summary certificates. Admin should be able to see other users summary and reprint the certificates summary for the user if needed.
