Learndash Plugin Customization and deployment in AWS

We need someone to deliver following :

1) Developing Wordpress Learn dash LMS Platform
2) Doing all Plug in configuration as needed
3) Making customization in LearnDash Plug-in codes
4) Customization to Workflows , alerts
5) Managing Learndash Interface Configuration for 3rd party
6) Deploying all above in AWS Cloud
7) Working with PHP/MySQL for the above work , to the extent needed.

Skillset needed - Extensive knowledge and Proficiency in developing Learndash LMS in AWS Cloud.
