Leaflet & GeoServer Map Viewer & Editor

I have a specific map layer/dataset I would like to integrate into a map viewer and attribute editor. The primary goal of this project is to allow users to edit geographic features.

Roles:
- General public users with view-only access
- Registered users with editing permissions
- Administrators with ability to verify updated record and push it to live map
- Data to be updated is from temporary tables
- Updated / live data is from production tables

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Leaflet, GeoServer, Laravel and PostgreSQL
- Experience in creating interactive map viewers
- Advanced understanding of GIS and spatial data
- Ability to implement user roles and permissions
- Past experience in attribute editing
- Strong communication for efficient ongoing updates and verification

User categories:
- System administrator - manage users
- Data editor - update record in temporary tables
- Data administrator - verify updated record and push to production tables (map viewer to public)
- Registered user - view map with more details / attributes
- Public user - view map with less details / attributes

Map functions:
- View layers from GeoServer
- Search by name, ID or any required attribute
- Zoom to search result
- Popup info from search result / click on feature on map. Link from popup for updating the attribute
- Tools to draw polygon, line, point and save to spatial layer or non-spatial table with geometry on json format and able to display back on map
- Other general tools to be discussed during development
