Lead Generation Quiz Development

I'm seeking a professional with expertise in quiz/form creation and lead generation strategies.
I have a WP website that I'm wanting to create a custom quiz/form my customers (or potential customers) can take to help create leads. The topic is on narrowing down a particular product selection (education materials) for their specific needs. I already have my quiz questions written (around 6-10 questions) with usually 2 or 3 answer choices (such as their budget and other personal preferences) and I know I will need conditional logic set up. I'm imagining a flow-chart type where with each question the number of product choices gets more and more narrow to present final results to the customer on which products are most suitable for their needs at the end. For example the total products available might start at 500 and then by question 4 be narrowed down to 50 choices, and so forth. I want the end results the customer sees to have outbound links they can click on to take them to the product. I want the customer to have the ability to end the results at any time (like a button at the bottom which will show them their results say “20 results” and the next question will say “11 results” as the quiz is narrowed down). I would like their results to be able to be emailed to them and possibly for data to be collected from the results if possible. I want to integrate this quiz into my WP website if possible. I would like options on plugins for this and to keep SEO as a top priority.
