Layout setting an other errors to solve

I'm looking for an experienced developer to make a lot of changes to a laravel project. Proficiency in Survey Builder and design is required. My budget is fixed and I assign the work only to the developer who demonstrates complex software (non-trivial web) and can do a proof test (before opening the milestone). If you don't have that experience , don't write back to me.
