Law Project PDF to HTML Pages in Laravel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with a law project. The source material is in PDF format, and I need it converted into HTML pages and then inserted into the design and made searchable. The desired output would be HTML pages.
The freelancer should have a good understanding of PDF documents and be able to make the necessary adjustments in order to make them suitable for HTML. The designer must also have knowledge of HTML coding in order to make the documents searchable.

This project has to be made in such a way that the PDF is uploaded broken into sections wise and on final submit works to make the pages and the book is inserted in the design.
Each section will be a separate page as

The project will suit best in Laravel (PHP) with a quick search that searches all pages.
There are about 10000 PDFs that need to be imported but the format is almost the same
