Lavarel expert required to install a Live streaming API into our website

I need an expert in Lavarel and using Agora.io, to install a Live Streaming Api, and code it into our site so that customers can go live on their pages. Our site is a new platform, that works similar to Patreon or Onlyfans. Users can register get a page and post videos, etc. Now, we would like users to be able to go live from their page either FREE of charge and also if they want charge their users a small fee to go LIVE. Each page already has a wallet, so when they charge this should be connected to the wallet.
