Larval boiler plate + packages set up

I need Laravel set up with a boiler plate + out the box packages and a small amount of customisation.

I need no styling or css, just functionality. So spend no time making it look nice, no bootstrap nothing. Just add the functionality.

Homepage (blank page)
Sign up (standard out the box)
Log in (standard out the box)
Forgotten password (standard out the box)
Contact us (standard out the box)

When logged in:
Account page
Users page
Dashboard (just a list of links)
Category page (just a list of links)
Subpage (article page)
Invited user
User email verification

There should be an admin panel where the admin can
Manage users
access user accounts as if they are the user
add categories to the category page.

+ all standard out the box admin functionality

I'd also like caching implemented to reduce database requests.

All of these functionalities should be out the box with packages.

There is a small amount of custom work for this, but minimal. We can discuss this privately and I can give examples.

Should provide a zipped up version of the project once completed that's ready to be deployed to my server.
