I am aiming to create an extensive website, it will be based on 'community' theme which means it involves the following:
1 - Users being able to sign up with ease, using standard signing up or social logins via third parties
2- Users having their respective dashboards with profile management, stats, ability to post, ability to edit, delete and so on
3 - Users will be able to vote, downvote, respond to others
4 - There will be a SUPER admin, with ability to have managers, roles and so on
5 - Users will have ability to perform standard search and refined search with help of tags, filters and so on
6 - I need a website, and also an APP, with subtle features carried forward into the APP to support the website
7 - I need this website to be multi lingual, with accuracy and catering to a broader spectrum of audience
8 - The website and APP will be exclusively my property, which means once its done and handed over, you cannot use it, store it and if you are found to be doing so, a legal case will come your way, so be careful about the sensitivity and respect it
9 - You need not worry about 'text' which means the content will be prepared and handed over or uploaded by myself
10 - You must be prepared for iterations, changes, rigorous testing will be done by me and if needed a third party consultant and you must COMMIT to a 100% fully functional website that is approved by Google, play store
11 - I will setup the milestone / project cost upfront which means you are 100% assured of earning the income, but I will not release 1 USD before you complete 100% of the project and ensure its 100% functional
12 - You must be prepared to work on my SERVER / Space, if you have slightest doubts about my credibility, check my work history both as a freelancer and customer here on this website
13 - You must be committed to providing daily and weekly updates, I will draft the templates or suggest a TOOL which makes it easier for both of us
14 - You must agree to communicate exclusively on this platform, which means no outside communication will be accepted
