Laravel - web application CMMS Software

I am looking for a Laravel developer to improve a CMMS software that focuses on Work Order Management. The software should have the ability to efficiently manage work orders and track the status of each order.
I would prefer a custom interface design based on my preferences. The design should be user-friendly, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
For user access control, basic levels are required, which includes an Admin and User access level.
The candidates must have experience in Laravel development (blade) and Javascript and be able to create a reliable and secure web application.
I need someone to fix some features and add others functionalities.
Work on mid term with a lot of little projects.
