Laravel telemedicine platform implementation

Dear Freelancer,
DuckMa is a software house specialized in mobile applications and startup projects. For one of our customers,
we are looking for an experienced Laravel guru or a company offering such skills to develop a medium sized project in the field of Telemedicine.
We have produced detailed documentation regarding the requested functionalities and we will provide to the winning bidder all the needed support and info.
The project contains :
- 3 main roles (Admin, Doctor, Patient)
- Calendar scheduling for medical checkups
- Videocall 1on1 during checkups (using 3d party API)
- Each role is able to perform different actions and sees a different UI (though using the same template)
- The platform will use a security deployment on Google Cloud (GDPR compliancy)
- Online payments via 3d Parties (Paypal, Stripe....)
We foresee a project duration between 3 to 6 months. The team is coordinated by a DuckMa project manager and the developers will report directly to him. Fluent english language or fluent italian language (if you are italian) is a must. DuckMa will perform QA internally. The design will be done by DuckMa and will need to be implemented verbatim.
