Laravel super admin for upcoming PWA with API

This Project is for start of app, Super Admin functions... create base owner/team/locations.

1) Setup on GitHub
2) Super Admin users login
2) View/add/edit all admins/providers/employees/customers/roles (Super Admins, Provider Admins, Provider Employees, Customers)
3) Provider/Team/Users (with access level for future limit users ability/functions)
4) Add Multi-site Locations
5) Assign users to locations

Examples...
Provider1>Team1Users>Loc1a>Loc1b
Provider2>Team2Users>Loc2a>Loc2b>Loc2c>Loc2d

Location Set example...
Team2 UserID=15 login, list assigned locations (Loc2b,Loc2c) and they select one... Loc2c which sets as their current location as Loc2c.

NOTES: (will provided React Redux theme)
A) Backend API and Super Admin panel built with Laravel
B) Provider/Employee PWA using react

The next project is for the PWA that MUST work offline and sync once reconnected using api. When it's offline, we save data in local db... when it's online, we sync data using API. PWA will need to be able to easily convert to Mobile apps using React Native (ios/android).
