Laravel search form fix Urgent NO AUTOBID

I have a laravel search form with 3 criteria , location, department and lawyer name.
The form is working right if i select only location or department or lawyer name.
If i select location and department i get wrong results.
All the locations , departments and names are stored in different colums:
Table lawyer:
Lawyer name ,location, department_id1 , department _id2,department_id3 and so on.
What i need is when i select location and department it have to show only the result based on the two criteria.
Anydesk is required because the website is in local envoirement.
