Laravel script layout change

I bought a ready script from CodeCanyon name ""geniuscart""
I just need to change the interface
For the same interface as my store, with minor modifications in the backend
For example, hide some features
And connect the payment gateway
Finally, I need to log in using the phone number and password only, and register on the site as well
1-The new format must be identical to the current website. This is my website link: https://cobra6.com/
2- Register on the site by phone number without OTP and without any additional data
3- Change the shape of the preloader to my logo
4- Hide features from the control panel that you do not need on my site
5- Fix any problems that appear in the script during work
