Laravel project email & notification setup

Hello!

I have a running portal with focus on offerwalls it has a working registration, user management and offerwall integration.

I need following changes/additions:

1) E-Mail setup (via laravel functions smtp)
a) E-Mail verification at registration. I have a custom registration so you need to modify the current setup/routes and add this addition.
b) As long as the user has no verified email he should be redirected to the verify-email.blade
c) setup a welcome e-mail that is automatically send after completed email verification.

2) Setup laravel notifications.
a) when user register he has a small notification icon on the left side, at this place people should get notifications shown.
b) I need following notifications: "Welcome, please verify your email"
c) notification "You have verified your email address."

you receive access to our test environment.

I need people who can start asap and please let me know how much effort you estimate!
