Laravel installation and explanation

I need a proper laravel installation setup with docker-compose and a brief introducing to laravel because normally I use to work with Zend. I would love too handle laravel.
So I need for example to install multilingual setup and Auth for Google.
Need to understand the artisan tool for creating model, resources and databases.
Let me know if you can help.
I'm able to communicate in English, French, German.
