Laravel expert to take over current softwares/websites management

I am looking for a Laravel expert to take over the management of my fully functional software/website. Although the software is already functional, it requires enhancements to improve its performance and functionality.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in Laravel framework
- Experience in managing and enhancing fully functional websites
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary enhancements
- Knowledge of best practices in software development and website management

Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the existing software/website to improve performance and functionality
- Identifying and fixing any bugs or issues that may arise
- Implementing new features and functionalities as required
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support services for the software/website
