Laravel development complex booking site

We are looking for a professional with excellent English skills to create our site in Laravel, keeping in mind SEO. The site a a whole is a complex project including many database connections and possible API-connections.
I am looking for someone with extensive experience on the creation of Laravel websites and databases. This is a fulltime job for around two months after which maintenance and improvements will be made on a regular basis.
What you will be working on:
1. Booking processes and implementation of payment methods
2. Database connections, webhooks and API's for several projects.
3. Frontend recreation from PHP to Laravel structure
4. Backend recreation
