Laravel E-commerce with Chat & Video Calling

I'm looking to build a fully functional e-commerce website using the Laravel framework. The website should have all the standard e-commerce features like product listings, cart, checkout, user accounts, order history, etc.

In addition to the usual features, I also want the following additional functionalities:
- Live Chat Functionality: Users should be able to chat in real time with support or sellers.
- Video Calling Feature: There should be an option for users to make video calls.

Key Requirements:
- Support both physical and digital products.
- Integrate payment gateways: Razorpay and Credit/Debit Card (via another provider).
- User authentication via phone number.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Laravel and e-commerce development.
- Familiarity with integration of live chat and video calling features.

Laravel is my preferred choice, but if there’s another budget-friendly and efficient option, I’m open to your suggestions.
