Laravel / codeigniter Payment Gateway Website coder

I have websit front end I want Back End coder for this This is a Payment gateaway website.

This are the images for the website front end.

This system needs to be write in Laravel or codeigniter.

We will agree with bank So our main Payment provider will be the Turkish Banks not paypal,Stripe, Things like that

There will be API System for to connect this payment gateway to other website if they want to use our payment gateway.

Our site needs to work Fully everythink needs to be nice and smooth understandable.

This is the part where our customers (Website/Business owners) can come and Login

Check they balance see activities check everythink and they customers Who buy what for how much things like that.

You will need to add Api documentation So customer can understand how to add api to they website.
