Basic informations which you might need:
1. I want to check the wallet via an artisan cronjob (will run automaticly every minute by cli: php artisan schedule:run)
2. In the admin Panel I want to have the possibility to add the Monero rpc url
3. User should have the possibility to top up his wallet with a single payment. So its only possible to use the wallet once! A User cant request a new wallet, without sending money first to the first created addressn
