Laravel booking type software, working remotely (chrome remote desktop or similar) at the moment facing "blocked cards" on Stripe for "Radar" rules

I am looking for a Laravel developer to create a booking type software with the following features and requirements:

Features:
- Calendar and scheduling functionality
- Payment integration using Stripe
- Design

Payment Gateway:
- The software should be integrated with the Stripe payment gateway for seamless payment processing.

Currency Support:
- The software supports multiple currencies EUR and GBP

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Laravel framework
- Experience in developing booking or scheduling software
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration: Stripe

Please note that the developer will be working remotely, using Chrome Remote Desktop or a similar tool for access.
