Laravel expert with mobile firebase push notifications

Issue:receiving push notifications on client , vendor and delivery app but only transactional push notification on delivery app not coming, nothing from flutter side as before it was working fine , after we implemented new firebase http1 method we started receiving push everywhere but just this delivery app transaction push notification not happening

Quick fix project - 1000rs fix price , only bid if you are a pro , pls do not waste each other time.
