Laravel Websocket

i am using php Laravel, and i have mining servers, i am using the Laravel website to give those servers for rent.

so i have created a mining server feature on the dashboard and i need that update the mining coin value update for each second, even if the user is not on that page or even not login... the mining will run for that and will update that value in the database as well. so i have done that but doesn't update this for each second...
