Laravel Website User Experience Update
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking to implement a two-phase modification to our existing Laravel-based website. Below are the details of each phase:
Phase 1: Excel Table Import Feature
Objective:
To create an admin interface feature that allows the import of Excel tables, similar to the WP TablePress plugin in WordPress.
Requirements:
Admin Interface Integration:
Develop a user-friendly interface in the admin panel for uploading and managing Excel files.
Include options to upload, view, edit, and delete Excel tables.
Table Management:
After uploading, the system should parse the Excel file and store the table data in a format that can be easily accessed and manipulated.
Each table should have a unique identifier and shortcode for easy insertion into pages.
Frontend Display:
Provide a mechanism to insert tables into any page using shortcodes. This should allow for easy display and formatting of the tables on the frontend.
Dynamic Updates:
Ensure that any edits made to the imported tables in the admin interface reflect dynamically wherever the table is used on the site.
Phase 2: Implementation of HTML Design Templates
Objective:
To implement provided HTML design images as templates that can be used within the site's page builder.
Requirements:
Template Development:
Convert provided HTML design images into functional HTML/CSS templates.
Ensure that the templates are responsive and compatible with all modern browsers.
Integration with Page Builder:
Integrate the templates into the existing page builder tool within the CMS.
Allow users to select and apply these templates to pages they create or edit.
Customization Options:
Provide customization options within the page builder for the templates, allowing users to modify content, layout, and styles as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Thoroughly test the templates for usability and consistency across different pages and devices.
Additional Considerations:
Ensure that all new features are well-documented and that any new code adheres to best practices for security and performance.
Provide a testing and staging environment for these modifications before deploying them to the live site.
