Laravel and Vue.js web app Pincode-Restricted Ordering

I'm seeking a skilled Laravel and Vue.js developer to enhance our current application. Your job will essentially involve two tasks:
1. Order Restriction:
We need to restrict the ordering system to only specific multiple pincodes. You'll need to integrate this element into our existing ordering structure seamlessly.
2. Layout Modification:
Rather than a complete layout overhaul, we're focusing in on the footer of our website. The current footer needs to be modified according to our new specifications.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Expert in Laravel and Vue.js
- Prior experience in modifying layouts, especially footers.
- Proven track record in setting up ordering systems.
- Working knowledge of geo-based restrictions, preferably for pincodes.
