Laravel/Vue/HTML5 home page

I need some professional freelancer with good communication to fix very poor job done but other developer. Just fix the design of a tittle of a site. Also, if job is done correctly I have other 6 tasks in larger projects.. So, current project is to fix tittle at www.meulogin.vip and also create 2 forms for visitors (different kind of visitors IT technicians and marketing professionals) AND a plans page using any standard plans page design for on line business.
