Laravel - Uncompress files and create database of site bought at code canyon

I bought the code below at code canyon and, current priority is JUST to install it "as-it-is" so I can check if it is working. I NEED SOMEONE TO DO IT NOW, its a quick task (not asking to fix any bug now if there is) Next week I will have some extra requests related to customizations.
