Laravel Theme Update & Feature Addition

I'm looking for a skilled developer to work on my existing Laravel-based theme from CodeCanyon. The primary aspects of the project include:
- **Update & Customization**: The main task is to update the existing theme. This will involve making sure that the theme is fully compatible with the latest version of Laravel and fixing any existing bugs or issues.
- **Feature Addition**: I need to have a link redirect feature added to the theme which will redirect to a specific URL. Additionally, a sales disclaimer should be integrated into the current platform.
- **Device Based Redirect**: I'd also like the functionality to redirect users based on the device they are using. This is a simple functionality centered around redirecting users to a specific link.
