Laravel System - Create Invoice via API in a Accounting Software

I am looking for a Laravel developer who can create methods in an existing Laravel system that will allow me to create invoices via API in a accounting software. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience with Laravel, API integration and setting it up to work with a accounting software. I have not an accounting softwware in use that is able to fullfil this, so I am free to pick suggested accounting software.
Requirements:
- Create methods in an existing Laravel system that can generate invoices via API in an accounting software
- The system should be able to retrieve client details and contact information from the accounting software
- The invoice should include an itemized list of products or services
- The system should have the ability to set payment terms and due dates
