Laravel Stripe Single Payment without using Cashier

VIEW: TAKE CARD DETAILS USING https://js.stripe.com/v3/ and auto populating the card-element using this
CONTROLLER: access stripe SINGLE PAYMENT WITHOUT CASHIER
Problem I currently have is that when control is passed to a bank app with 3D SECURE 2, it prompts for authorisation for £0.00 because cashier uses setupIntent - this is why I do not wish to use cashier, so we can directly use payment_intent
