Laravel Site Plug In Fix

I need this plugin fix to work. If you can fix this simple problem, then ping me and show me its working. There are two ways you can do this. You can modify the attached code and i can test it on the already installed site. or you can install the botble farmart script on your pc.
This attached module is a plug in for the farmart site that allows users to enter their credit card inf o at check out and i can see the data on the admin panel. there are issues that prevent this from working right with the current software. the issues are in the zip file see those images to fix the code. if you need to download the farmart full software and setup on your server, this will take longer. If you wish to go that route you can google search it to find the software. Otherwise please fix the plugin issue with the attached files and then ping me when finished, to be awarded this amount $20
