Laravel Site Development-1.st Milestone

Dear Freelancer,
Apologies in advance, but after having many bad experiences with freelancers here, I need to set a few ground rules. Before placing a bid, please consider the following:
Are you capable of completing the task? Please bid only if you have the required skill set.
Is your bid reasonable in terms of time and budget? We can review the tasks, and I can provide you with the code. I’m flexible within reasonable limits, but I need an approximate price before hiring someone.
Are we sure we will understand each other? We need a common language. (I speak German and English fluently.)
Can you work independently and locally? If you claim a task is done, can I trust that it’s actually completed, without needing to send it back three times?
Can you follow clear instructions? Will you read what I write and watch the videos I send?
Cybersecurity is very important to me. Debug mode should only be enabled while working and must be disabled immediately afterward. If this rule is not followed, I will have to cancel the project immediately. Are you clear about that?
Before completing the task, I must test the code on my own website. Are you clear about that?
Please only bid if you can answer YES to all of these questions.
The Job:
I need to fix some issues on my website – www.fabelwerk.at. The site is based on Laravel. Below is a list of tasks.
One More Thing:
To ensure you’ve read everything, I have hidden a codeword at the end of the task list. Please start your bid with that word—any other bids will be ignored.
This project is the first part of a three-step development process. If I finally find the right person here, they can look forward to continued cooperation in the following two phases. I will be out for the weekend now and come back to you on monday or tuesday.
