I want instead surveys the section to be a form with application questions and uploading a file
and
instead of Blog - to be Open IT Positions
and inside the particular blog page (which will be job ad) to have tag categories as well as 2 buttons apply which will lead registered users in completing survey(which will be completing job application questionnaire) and non-register users to sign-up page.
Admin should see the applications and when click hired -> add $reward instead of when user completes survey to add $reward
