I’m looking for an experienced Laravel developer (or a team of developers) to help build RodeoAgent, a next-generation SaaS platform for real estate professionals. This platform will be a Listing Agent Operating System, designed to revolutionize the way listing agents manage their business and clients.
The primary most important feature will be 1 to 1 handwritten robotic AI postcards, developing our proprietary CRES AI (Centralized Real Estate Event System) AI, integrating title records, property records, events such as when a property is listed, sold, under contract, etc. Developing the customer and admin dashboards.
Scope of Work:
The SaaS platform will include the following core features/modules:

Add, edit, and manage property listings.

Integration for sending personalized handwritten notes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in developing SaaS applications using Laravel.
Familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of secure authentication systems.
Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, notification services).
Ability to create scalable and maintainable code.
Familiarity with DevOps, deployment pipelines, and server configurations.
