Laravel RESTful API Development

I'm looking for an experienced Laravel developer to create a fully RESTful API module for our web application.
Requirements include:
- **Authentication**: Token-based using Sanctum, alongside basic authentication, OAuth, and JWT.
- **Modules**: API endpoints required for auth, vendors, leads, wallet, payments, inventory, orders, and user management.
- **Routing**: Properly versioned routes, e.g., /api/v1.
- **Controllers**: Resource controllers, request validation, and robust error handling.
- **Payment**: Razorpay payment webhook support.
- **Documentation**: Comprehensive API documentation using both Postman and Swagger.
- **Future-proofing**: Ensure the API is designed to seamlessly integrate with mobile apps, WhatsApp bots, and admin panels.
