Laravel Project modifications of actual software and set up of firebase.

Please read carefully before submitting your proposal.The Project is a modified version of a php script in LARAVEL purchased at https://script.viserlab.com/riselab/documentation can be view at https://codecanyon.net/item/riselab-crowdfunding-platform/31221550?s_rank=93I recommend exploring the platform completely first.
In our modification there are no campaigns, and only a user page that has information and story ( post).
Take your time to calculate the offer and time of execution , we will not pay extra money for the job and penalize by time.
List of work to be done:
1- change complete login by replacing with "firebase" to use social logins Oauth and regular (email + passw) hide email verification feature.
2- Make registering and forms to 3 steps only:

general form with all user info
post story and photos
3- Modify User control panel to display only:
change profile
change story
money earned.
Votes gained.
money withdraw

4- Add a voting feature (system) (Heart) with counter # to registered Users as a voting system, Any logged user can vote for any multiple users but just one vote per user.
These voting results have to be displayed on the admin panel ( you can access the riselab panel to see admin panel features and how it works).
The Admin can reset this number to cero.
3- create a page with "user vote" ranking.
4- create a page with winners ( can be manually added by admin at the main control panel, by selecting from a list of users and a user search feature)
5- fix whatsapp share feature
6- Add a "number" feature to the home page that will display two numbers set by the admin via the main panel.
7- Add a distribution feature that allows admin to enter an amount with options to:
a. amount to be splitted by all active INDIVIDUAL users equally and be added to the user account at the money earned number section .
b.amount to be splitted by all active INSTITUTIONS and be added to the institution account at the money earned number section .
c. amount to be splitted by ALL users and be added to their account at the money earned number section .
8- Trigger an alarm to the admin (email and panel) and create a section on the admin panel for users that reached $100 at the money earned section. it will have features like "on hold", Payed", "under review"
9- Review Admin control panel to allow admin to add/subtract $ balance to users, and withdraw amounts.
10- review the payment system for personal donations.
11- create a couple of pages with contact forms.
