Laravel Programmer Needed for Feature Expansion

I am seeking a highly skilled Laravel Programmer with a strong background in web development to help me with some small task and a few projects. I currently have a programmer who has just built our site that is fully functional so I am not interested in rebuilding but adding to it. The current programmer is involved at the moment but is never available and can’t seem to finish or meet online when agreed on plus hardly responds to messages or calls so I am having to look for help to get the task complete. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of Laravel and web technologies, combined with the ability to deliver robust, user-friendly features and can speak excellent English. Also, we are operating on a low budget so we need someone reasonable on pricing.
