Laravel Plugin - eBay Messages API Receive and Response for Faveo Helpdesk - Based Laravel

We need to have a Plugin for Laravel (Examples we have and can provide for development), where we can insert multiple eBay accounts and receive and send messages.
Important is, that the Setup and Auth. process is working and the handle from multiple accounts.
Can be later adjusted by us.
Faveo Plugin frontends will be written in VUE, backend normal PHP ^7.x
