Laravel PWA ecommerce script customization -- 2

Hello,
I need someone who can build some custom function into my Laravel PWA-based eCommerce script.
The required functions are mentioned below.
1. Google merchant feed generate
2. COD deposit option (For secure Cash on delivery), COD filter by categories, product price, customer pin code/zip codes, coupon codes
3. Shiprocket push order, auto status update, courier tracking AWB input (https://apidocs.shiprocket.in/)
4. Bulk review import (fake review in all products)
5. Text local SMS gateway for order notification, payment reminder, cart recovery
6. Login/Register by mobile and OTP (Google firebase), email password will be removed from the login page. On the registration page, a mobile number will be compulsory and an email id will be optional.
7. Pincode check option in product page (bulk upload Pincode in admin)
8. Estimate delivery time on the product page (By calculating time & estimating the delivery time by pin codes/zip codes)
9. Bank/payment Offers on the product page (can edit/change from admin)
10. Click to apply coupon with payment mode filter (in checkout page)
11. Manual order tracking details enter in order details
12. Order return option for the customer, admin can approve or reject return request by mention note to the customer. Admin settings like return timeline, order status filter. Return status notification by SMS and email
13. Set shipping charges as per order total amount, payment option, customer location (pincodes/zip codes).
