Laravel/PHP/vue developer

We have a PHP Laravel renting website and we need to make some modifications to the system. We need an expert who is experienced in fixing some things. The website is live so we will need to be extra careful. We will provide you with a full description of each point.
1. Issue no 1 - Google map is not working on mobile devices. Possible JS conflict and the google map should be added to a different layout on the mobile version (we will show you a great example where the google map is at the top now is on the right)
2. Issue no 2 - We have a couple of user groups in the system (Admin, agent, owner, and user). Owners have an option to see the villa details like reservations and etc. In the option, they should have seen just one option which is Invoice (So far they have pending, canceled....). Just invoice they should be able to see for that group of users
3. Issue no 3 - When we send offers from the system to the emails it has the wrong Subject name of the website. Probably somewhere in the code is added the wrong name of it.
