Laravel/ PHP expert to fix and add features

I have a small Laravel/PHP application to be enhanced.
You will do the following:
-Add email and social media features to an existing application
-Bulk Emailing members individually and implementing an unsubscribe page
-Sharing of posts on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
-Testing existing applications and fixing any issue that may affect scalability
There will be no surprises. I'm a developer, so above are the things you will do, basically.
